Conveniently located in Maggie Valley, the cabin provides easy access to local dining, shopping, scenic drives, and outdoor adventures. Guests can explore the Blue Ridge Parkway, Soco Falls, Cataloochee Ski Area, Lake Junaluska, and numerous hiking trails throughout the region.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE


In addition to the nightly rate, the following will apply:


$190 Cleaning Fee (includes professional cleaning, hot tub sanitation and turnover, and preparation of the home for incoming guests)


$100 Pet Fee (non-refundable)

Maximum dog weight: 20 lbs

Pet Friendly (1 dog allowed)


 No low vehicles due to the gravel driveway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.


Nearby essentials include Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague's Market, and multiple Dollar General locations for convenient stocking up during your stay.
